Little Z has managed to make me giggle several times this week. We had a conversation in the car about the different ways his boy bits might ‘fall off’, not initiated by me I might add. Then when reading his words to me he was a flummoxed by ‘know’.
“Its k-now” Mummy, you know like the boat, that you move with sticks“
Me “No, sweetie” its pronounced “No”
“then why does it have the K, this is VERY SILLY“
The next day
“its know ( no ) Mummy, but it should be ‘k-now’“
I for one will be glad when we get to the end of the words each week.

I agree that the “K” makes no sense in “know”!
And isn’t it lovely when our kids make us laugh?

No wonder our language is one of the hardest to learn. What fun we will all have learning it though!!!
