I’ve mentioned before that one of Z’s favourite parts of the school holidays is that after lunch when S is in nursery and H sleeps he gets ‘Scooby Doo Hour’ . This is when he gets to watch Scooby Doo, in peace with no disruptions, while I clean the ktichen or sometimes we snuggle up together.
Big Top Scooby Doo was another big hit with him. The gang take a holiday and end up in a circus themed mystery hounded by werewolves.
Big Top Scooby Doo is approx 77 minutes long, and the DVD also has 3 bonus episodes extra to that, so you really get a lot of Scooby for your money.
Z’s dad was less impressed as he is very fond of the old style Scooby Doo, but Z LOVED it. He would most definitely recommend it to any little Scooby fans.
Warner Brothers also sent us Tom and Jerry Trick and Treats. I have to admit Tom and Jerry is not my favourite thing for the kids to watch, however all three of them adore it and always shout at me for accidentally called it ‘Ben and Jerry’.
The DVD contains a massive 20 spooky episodes, involving ghosts, mummies, witches and werewolves, perfect for a half term leading up to Halloween.
We were sent the DVDs for the purpose of this review.
